Motorola has announced the launch of a smart phone specifically earmarked for car users–pave the way for the Motorola Smart Rider Car Phone.
This phone makes GPS navigation literally quite handy. The phone which is voice activated, claims to be an in-vehicle solution with Bluetooth wireless technology. Bluetooth allows users to continue conversations with friends or clients even while on the go from home or office to his vehicle. It also allows the easy transfer of data from his handset to the in-vehicle phone.
With the featured GSM technology, the Smart Rider allows drivers to drive efficiently while navigating and taking care of business on the phone.
The good news is that it can provide personalized support for up to three people making it a handy family car communication gadget. Drivers can personalize their phonebook settings so they can easily change user profiles as the need arises.
Using your phones while driving is a bg NO-NO but not for this phone since users can activate it by voice and they can rely on the phone’s built in speaker and microphone.
The GPS functions, which boasts of a 2.8 inches colored screen, is way too efficient and provides drivers with driving instructions, on-screen maps and directions fleet management applications plus real-time traffic reports.
