Samsung SCH-U470-Juke: So Simple And Lacking
March 14, 2008
The Samsung SCH-U470-Juke Red is more of a music phone and the fact that it can also make calls is just incidental to its being. The Samsung Juke is Verizon’s gift to music lovers who couldn’t afford the more expensive music phones.

The Juke looks like a thick pack of chewing gum sticks measuring 21mm with a length and width of 97×30mm. It is not really a browsing phone so the display of 1.45inches stretched over the 120×220 pixels resolution is just enough for a music phone.
It has a scroll wheel for navigational purposes as well as big-buttoned keypads that makes it easy to use especially among those who have eye problems.
The thing about this phone is that it has a 2.5mm headphone jack which does not really work for all people unlike a 3.5mm universal phone jack. Don’t expect 3G capability from this phone so this is definitely not for those who surf the Web a lot or do a lot of texting. The 1.3 megapixel camera is so-so so don’t expect great pictures from this side.
